Job summary

eMinds is seeking a proactive onboarding specialist in Dubai to guide customers through digital platform adoption, including M365 CoPilot, Aleria AI, and eStore. You will drive upsell opportunities during onboarding, process orders within SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Strong MS Office and CRM proficiency is required, with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Data Analysis, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Power BI, and AI are advantageous.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call and onboard customers onto digital platforms such as Microsoft M365 CoPilot Aleria AI eStore and other relevant platforms ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities during the onboarding process to maximize customer value and enhance platform adoption
• Process customer orders within the allocated Service Level Agreements SLAs ensuring compliance with e policies and TDRA guidelines
• Continuously monitor Service Request SR progress until closure
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions onboarding activities and order processing in CRM applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely fulfillment of requests
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms contributing to ongoing process improvements
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications
• Certifications in Data Analysis, Microsoft & Azure Fundamentals, Power BI, AI etc. are considered an advantage.
