Job summary

e7 Group is seeking an Officer - Fleet Maintenance in Abu Dhabi to support the operational availability, safety, and compliance of the company fleet. You will coordinate vehicle maintenance, manage service providers, review invoices, and maintain comprehensive fleet records.

The role requires 4–6 years of fleet maintenance experience, familiarity with fleet management systems, and knowledge of UAE regulations and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, logistics, or vehicle maintenance coordination.
• Experience with commercial fleets, workshops, contractors, and OEM service providers.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and maintenance planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor service schedules to maximize fleet availability and minimize downtime.
• Manage relationships with workshops, OEMs, and maintenance contractors.
• Review repair quotations, completed work, and maintenance invoices.
• Maintain fleet maintenance records, warranties, and service documentation.
• Monitor maintenance costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, vehicle inspections, registrations, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare maintenance, fleet performance, and cost reports.
• Support continuous improvement in fleet maintenance processes and systems.
