Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and offer vehicle + accessories + installation as a complete package.
• Build a strong customer base within the UAE 4x4/off-road community.
• Generate new business through corporate, fleet, and other channels.
• Increase revenue through accessories, modifications, custom builds and after-sales services.
• Develop strategic relationships with 4x4 clubs, influencers, workshops, suppliers and event organizers.
• Maintain strong inventory discipline and ensure fast stock rotation.
• Record showroom enquiries and follow up through CRM.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market activity.
• Organize customer drives and off-road events.
• Participate in exhibitions and automotive events.
• Create customer referral programmes and loyalty programmes.
