Job summary

Rajha Real Estate in Dubai is seeking motivated Property Consultants with proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, specializing in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market properties.

This is a commission-based role with strong earnings potential, supported by a professional team, ongoing training, and access to exclusive projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory.
• Experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market sales.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, buyers, and developers.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and investment consultations.
• Advise clients on market trends, payment plans, and suitable property opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Stay updated on new launches, developer offers, resale opportunities, and market movements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and property exhibitions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.

Rajha Real Estate is looking for motivated and performance-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals with proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, specializing in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market properties.

IMPORTANT: This is a COMMISSION-BASED ONLY position.

Real estate experience is strictly required. Candidates without prior real estate experience will not be considered.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
