Property Shop Investment LLC is seeking a results-driven Property Advisor to specialize in the primary market and off-plan projects in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role offers commission-based earnings, visa sponsorship, and full support from PSI.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, luxury retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or business development.
• UAE real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent English communication and strong client-handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise local and international clients on residential properties and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Qualify leads, identify requirements, and match suitable properties to client budgets and goals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and investors through company leads, referrals, networking, and social channels.
• Conduct property consultations, presentations, and viewings for clients.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from enquiry to completion.
• Develop long-term relationships with investors and high-net-worth clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and payment plans.
• Collaborate with sales, listings, marketing, mortgage, and support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
