• Stay updated on project launches and payment plans.
• Build relationships with clients and assess investment goals.
• Conduct property presentations and project briefings to prospects.

• Coordinate with developers to request availability, hold units, and track documentation.
• Attend exhibitions and represent the company professionally.
• Manage, follow up, and convert assigned leads in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal sales processes.
• Provide regular feedback on client objections and market response.
• Takes Health, Safety & Environment lead in ensuring safe systems of work
