Job summary

Oaklyn Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking ambitious Property Consultants to join our growing sales team. You will promote and sell Off-Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers, while building your own client network.

The role offers a basic salary plus attractive commission, comprehensive training, mentoring, and strong leadership support to help you achieve targets and advance your career in Dubai's vibrant real estate market.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in Off-Plan.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target driven.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; other languages are an advantage.
• Must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Off-Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers.
• Handle and convert company-generated leads while building your own client network.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
• Advise buyers and investors on market trends, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Generate and manage property listings for sales and rentals.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's property market, communities, and new project launches.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
