Job summary

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and is seeking an experienced Off-Plan Investment Advisor to join our Dubai operation. We are looking for ambitious professionals with a proven sales background who can thrive in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Expect 50%-70% commission, daily leads, marketing support, and visa/health insurance benefits. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Dubai/UAE real estate experience, strong off-plan knowledge, and excellent negotiation

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Dubai/UAE real estate experience.
Strong off-plan market knowledge and developer relationships.
Proven ability to work and convert fresh leads.
Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
RERA certification is an advantage.
UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

Convert fresh leads into paying clients.
Leverage fresh daily leads with full marketing support.
Engage in telesales activities to generate interest.
Maintain relationships with developers and off-plan projects.
Aim to meet and exceed commission-based targets.
