Job summary

Kore. in Dubai is seeking Commission-Based Property Consultants to advise clients and close sales across Dubai’s market. Focus on off-plan projects or a targeted area, build a pipeline of buyers, conduct viewings, and negotiate/close deals end-to-end.

Grow market knowledge, manage client relationships, and stay ahead of trends. This is a performance-based role with a generous commission split and a potential AED 100,000 bonus on hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a broker in Dubai real estate
• Off-plan experience or strong specialization in a specific area
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-aware
