Job summary

Work standard in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Indian Oenologist to lead wine production from grape selection to bottling. You will oversee fermentation, blending, aging and QC, ensuring consistent quality across batches and compliance with standards.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in oenology, have at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and possess strong English communication skills. Arabic knowledge is a plus, and a valid UAE visa is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in oenology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Oenologist.
• Strong knowledge of wine making processes, including fermentation, blending, aging, and bottling.
• Ability to conduct quality control tests and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Must have a valid visa allowing employment in UAE

Responsibilities

• Conducting research on grape varieties and their characteristics
• Monitoring fermentation processes and making adjustments as needed
• Overseeing the blending, aging, and bottling of wines
• Conducting quality control tests to ensure the wines meet our standards
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborating with winemakers, viticulturists, and other team members to ensure smooth production processes
