We are looking for an experienced oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national who is very comfortable speaking English.

This is a contract job and the successful applicant must have at least two years of experience in this field. The position does not provide accommodation, so we are looking for someone who already has work authorization and their own visa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards in our winemaking process. This includes testing grapes for ripeness, monitoring fermentation processes, and ensuring that all wine meets the required standards.

The chosen individual should also possess a strong understanding of wine production techniques and be able to suggest improvements to existing processes. In addition, they must be able to work independently and think quickly on their feet when faced with unexpected challenges.
