Work standard is seeking an experienced Oenologist to lead wine production and quality control in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time role includes accommodation.

You will conduct tastings, optimize fermentation, and collaborate with winemakers to create premium blends while maintaining rigorous records and standards. Our ideal candidate holds a degree in oenology and has several years of winery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field.
• 3+ years experience as an Oenologist in winery or similar.
• Knowledge of winemaking processes, fermentation, sensory evaluation.
• Attention to detail and strict quality control.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular tasting and analysis of wines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop production processes to improve efficiency and maintain high standards.
