Oenologist – Abu Dhabi, UAE (No English Required- With Accommodation)

We are seeking an experienced Oenologist with a passion for wine production and quality assurance to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a contract job with accommodation provided. It is preferred that the successful candidate be of Pakistani nationality or origin; however, this is not a strict requirement. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality wines using traditional and modern methods, as well as monitoring the entire production process from grape selection to bottling. They will also be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and regular tastings to ensure quality assurance of all wines produced. Additionally, the Oenologist will provide guidance and advice on vineyard management practices to optimize the production process. To qualify for this position, applicants must possess strong knowledge of wine production processes, laboratory techniques, and vineyard management practices. They must also have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in order to ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
