PPOAR is seeking an English-speaking Oenologist in Abu Dhabi, UAE to oversee wine production from grape cultivation to bottling. The role requires at least 5 years of Oenologist experience and fluency in English, with Arabic a plus.

You will conduct QC tests, monitor fermentation, develop production plans, collaborate with the team, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience, with visa sponsorship and air ticket provided.

Qualificações

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oenologist.
Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
Experience in grape cultivation, fermentation, blending and bottling processes.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsabilidades

Conduct quality control tests on grapes and wine samples.
Monitor and maintain fermentation processes.
Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient wine production.
Collaborate with viticulturists, winemakers and other team members to ensure high-quality wine production.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
