Job summary

Toulin Medical Trading LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an Accountant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP and QuickBooks to independently manage financial records and reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of UAE accounting experience, knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT, and holds a valid UAE residency visa. You will handle bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, audits support, and produce timely management reports, contributing to informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and QuickBooks.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Valid UAE Residency Visa.
• Age between 27 and 40 years.
• Currently residing in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping.
• Manage daily accounting transactions using Odoo ERP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax requirements and other applicable financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.
• Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
