Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Oil & Gas client in Abu Dhabi to hire an experienced OD & Reward Lead on a one-year consultancy contract. You will drive organization development, workforce planning, and job evaluation initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness and align with market practices.

The role requires 8–12+ years in OD and rewards, with strong consulting credentials and expertise in salary benchmarking, job architecture, and policy development.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Organization Development and rewards roles, ideally within Oil & Gas or large industrial environments.
• Experience in salary benchmarking, market surveys, and developing compensation structures.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience translating workforce data into practical organizational recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, review, and maintain organization structures, job descriptions, and evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct job analysis, grading, and evaluation to ensure internal equity and clear role architecture.
• Lead compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, market surveys, and reward frameworks.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and frameworks supporting career frameworks and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
