Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Oil & Gas company to hire an experienced OD & Reward Lead for a one-year consultancy contract in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on organization development, workforce planning, job evaluation, compensation, and reward initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include leading design, benchmarking, policy development, and ensuring market competitiveness across the business.

Qualifications

8–12+ years in Organization Development, Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or HR transformation.
Experience in Oil & Gas or large industrial environments preferred.
Hands-on delivery of organization design, workforce planning, job evaluation and compensation projects.
Proven salary benchmarking, market surveys, and reward framework development.
Strong knowledge of job architecture, internal equity and external market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce planning and organizational design aligned to business objectives.
Develop and maintain org structures, job descriptions and evaluation frameworks.
Conduct job analysis, grading and evaluation exercises for consistency and equity.
Lead compensation and benefits activities including salary structuring and incentives.
Develop HR policies and support reward, career frameworks, succession planning and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
