Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced OA Accountant to manage the financial operations of a residential Owners Association. You will prepare budgets, service charges, and invoicing using Mollak, ensuring compliance with STRATA Law and RERA regulations.

The role involves VAT handling, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for auditors. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in OA/STRATA accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-end Dubai

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years OA/STRATA/Property Management accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.
• Hands-on Mollak system experience for budgeting, invoicing, collections and reporting.
• Familiarity with RERA regulations and STRATA Law.

Aufgaben

• Prepare OA budgets and calculation of service charges per STRATA Law and RERA rules.
• Facilitate payments to service providers per approved budget and RERA requirements.
• Issue service charge invoices using Mollak system and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage service charge collections and bank reconciliations with OA records.
• Record OA incomes (hot water, potable water, gas, penalties) and maintain records.
• Prepare financial reports for Auditors and RERA compliance.
• Track VAT collected/paid and file VAT returns/payments.
• Provide MIS reports to management on a periodic basis.
• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping for STRATA/Body Corporate operations.
