Nationwide Property Management and Maintenance LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an Owners Association Administrator to lead financial recovery, governance, and community operations for residential and commercial properties.

The role focuses on service charge administration, debt collection, regulatory adherence (ADM/RERA), and stakeholder relations, with emphasis on accurate record-keeping, audit readiness, and professional communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years of Owners Association Management, Property Management, or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Knowledge of UAE property laws and OA regulatory frameworks (ADM/RERA).
• Advanced MS Office and OA management software experience (Mollak, OAMS).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Financial Operations & Revenue Recovery: oversee service charge invoicing and revenue collection.
• Debt Collection & Reconciliation: implement collection plans and reconcile owner accounts.
• Governance, Documentation & Compliance: ensure ADM/RERA compliance and maintain records.
• Board Support & Meetings: coordinate AGMs/Board meetings and draft formal notices.
• Stakeholder Relations & Community Management: liaise with owners and issue certificates as needed.
