Claim Health is hiring an Operations Associate to design, build, and scale core operational processes that power the platform. This role suits someone with 1–3 years in consulting or startup operations who enjoys ambiguity, systems thinking, and direct customer work.

You'll bridge customer success, product, and engineering—owning implementations, tracking metrics, and turning real-world complexity into scalable workflows at our NYC office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, or strategy roles, or in product/operations at a startup.
• Strong process-building instincts—you enjoy creating structure where none exists.
• Analytical mindset with comfort defining and managing key metrics.
• Experience working directly with customers and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• High ownership mentality and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale operational workflows across onboarding, claims, and ongoing support.
• Document SOPs, playbooks, and internal tooling.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Define, track, and report on key operational metrics; build dashboards.
• Own customer onboarding and implementation; coordinate across teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to operationalize new features and workflows.
• Serve as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams.
