Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an Operations Tech SME to bridge Operations, Product and Tech teams, ensuring smooth launches, stable system workflows and exceptional customer experience. You will troubleshoot issues, validate operational accuracy and support readiness for day-one performance of new sites or products.

Responsibilities include leading readiness activities, diagnosing issues with cross-functional teams, conducting structured testing, validating data, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or equivalent
• 15 years of experience in operations technical support or product/tech coordination roles
• Experience troubleshooting system or process issues and driving them to resolution
• Ability to work with data validate accuracy and perform basic analysis using Excel or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools and experience developing product test frameworks
• Experience supporting technology-enabled operations or launch environments
• Exposure to SQL data querying or basic scripting (Python or similar)
• Ability to analyze root causes identify patterns and recommend long-term improvements
• Experience working with product tech or last-mile/fulfillment teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and ownership
