Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a Nursery Nanny to care for children aged 3 months to 2 years in a on-site setting in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will work with Teaching Assistants and the Nursery Principal to ensure quality care, supervision, and development support.

The role requires ECCE training (≥100 hours) or a Level II vocational certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education, plus prior nursery/childcare experience and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school certificate with ECCE training (≥100 hours) or Level II vocational cert in ECCE.
• Experience in nursery/childcare setting is required.
• Good verbal and listening communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
• Assist with personal care including diaper changes, potty training, feeding, handwashing, and hygiene.
• Closely supervise children during activities, meals, nap times, and play.
• Support Teaching Assistants with educational, physical, and play activities.
• Provide individual attention and communication with parents about children's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with nursery team and participate in staff meetings and training.
