Job summary

Mediclinic Dubai Mall is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide and coordinate patient‑centric care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, working with a multi‑disciplinary team to uphold clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential: at least two years in OPD (preferably Gastro) and experience in a JCI‑accredited hospital. UAE Emiratisation policy applies. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai with opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• At least two years in OPD nursing experience.
• Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital.
• Preference given to UAE Emiratisation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
