Job summary

American Hospital Dubai is seeking an onboarding and licensing specialist to manage the Dubai Health Authority licensing processes for nursing staff and related roles. You will coordinate documentation, pre-employment checks, visas, housing, and orientation while ensuring compliance with DHA and JCI standards.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and at least two years in a similar setting, preferably with Middle Eastern healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar onboarding/licensing role.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) PQR for Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
• Previous Middle Eastern healthcare experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DHA licensing and onboarding for nursing staff and related roles.
• Ensure smooth administrative processes for licensing, onboarding, and staff welfare.
• Coordinate visa processing, housing, orientation, and travel for international staff.
• Verify documents and conduct credentialing while aligning with JCI and DHA standards.
• Liaise with HR, Government Relations, and recruiters to manage stakeholder communications.
