• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, licensing procedures, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience using DHA Sheryan and related regulatory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete DHA licensing process for healthcare professionals and facilities.
• Review and verify licensing documents for compliance with DHA requirements.
• Prepare and submit new license applications, renewals, transfers, upgrades, and amendments via DHA portals.
• Coordinate DataFlow verification, PSV, and examination requirements.
• Monitor application status and follow up with DHA for approvals and requirements.
• Assist healthcare professionals with registration, eligibility letters, examinations, and licensing procedures.
• Maintain licensing records and ensure timely renewals.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on DHA licensing regulations.
