Job summary

ASQ International partners with a leading British Curriculum Nursery in Dubai to recruit an experienced Nursery Manager for an immediate start. You will oversee daily operations and guide a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years provision.

Ideal candidates will have CACHE Level 5 or a degree in Early Childhood Education, 2-3 years in senior leadership, and strong knowledge of the EYFS. You will foster parental engagement and ensure regulatory compliance in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Holds CACHE Level 5 or higher in Early Years education.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a senior nursery leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the British EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with staff, parents and regulatory authorities.
