Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping documentation.
• Ensure financial processes are completed in accordance with company and Head Office requirements.
• Provide financial and administrative support to the nursery management team.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for parents regarding financial and fee-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, financial, and VAT regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Administer bank accounts, petty cash, and related financial transactions.
• Monitor outstanding fees and follow up on collections in accordance with agreed procedures and timelines.
• Prepare and monitor weekly cash flow and future cash flow projections.
• Prepare and publish accurate monthly financial reports and statements in a timely manner.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work collaboratively with Head Office and nursery teams to resolve financial and administrative queries.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties relevant to the role as required.
