Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a NOC monitoring and operational support environment.
• Hands-on with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats).
• Strong TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, WAN, SNMP, and NetFlow knowledge.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server monitoring.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience with Azure/OCI or multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SLA-driven support operations and incident management.

As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure across network, server, virtualization, and cloud environments. The successful candidate will work within a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven operations team that supports business‑critical systems and services. You will leverage Elastic Stack and advanced monitoring tools to identify performance issues, analyze logs, investigate incidents, and coordinate resolution activities with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers exposure to modern observability platforms, hybrid cloud technologies, and large‑scale infrastructure environments while contributing to service reliability and operational efficiency. The role demands strong analytical skills, technical troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to perform effectively during high‑priority operational incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server, cloud, virtualization, and application environments on a 24×7 operational basis.
• Detect, classify, investigate, and elevate incidents according to operational procedures and SLA requirements.
• Analyze system logs, alerts, events, and performance trends using Elastic Stack and monitoring platforms.
• Troubleshoot network, infrastructure, and service‑related issues to minimize downtime and business impact.
• Correlate events from Syslog, SNMP traps, Windows Event Logs, and other observability sources.
• Coordinate incident response activities with customers, vendors, and remote technical teams.
• Maintain monitoring platforms and support onboarding of new systems, applications, and network devices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring and operational support environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, WAN technologies, SNMP, and NetFlow.
• Experience monitoring Windows and Linux server environments.
• Practical knowledge of VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Experience working with Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), hybrid cloud, or multi‑cloud environments.
