Job summary

Systems Limited in Dubai needs an IT Operations Specialist with 4-5 years in NOC and 24/7 environments. Arabic speakers only, strong monitoring platform skills required.

You will handle incident management, escalation, and basic network/data centre operations including TCP/IP, switching, VLANs, DNS/DHCP and virtualization. Experience with Site24x7, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios or Zabbix is a plus. The role requires quick thinking and adherence to SLAs in a global team context.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in NOC, IT Data Centre Operations, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Support within a 24/7 environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring platforms such as ManageEngine Site24x7, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar solutions.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, escalation handling, SLA/OLA-based support, and change management processes.
• Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN, internet connectivity, servers, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms.

• 1. 4-5 years of relevant experience in NOC, IT Data Centre Operations, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Support within a 24/7 environment.
• 2. Hands-on experience with renowned enterprise monitoring platforms such as ManageEngine Site24x7, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar solutions. Experience with ManageEngine Site24x7 will be considered a strong advantage.
• 3. Good understanding of ITIIL Process, incident management, escalation handling, SLA/OLA-based support, and change management processes.
• 4. Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN, internet connectivity, servers, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms.
