Job summary

ITButler is seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join its Network Operations team in Dubai. The role emphasizes strong experience in NOC operations, monitoring, incident management, and Elastic Stack administration to ensure service availability across mission-critical IT environments.

You will work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment, leveraging Elastic Stack and advanced monitoring tools to identify issues, coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Proven experience in NOC monitoring and operational support.
• Hands-on Elastic Stack administration experience.
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge including WAN, SNMP, and NetFlow.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers and virtualization.
• Familiarity with cloud (Azure/OCI) and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with incident management, escalation, and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks, servers, cloud, virtualization, and apps 24x7.
• Detect, classify, investigate, and escalate incidents per SLA.
• Analyze logs and metrics using Elastic Stack and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and impact.
• Correlate events from Syslog, SNMP, Windows Event Logs, etc.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and remote teams during incidents.
• Maintain monitoring platforms and onboard new systems.
• Produce incident summaries and SLA compliance reports.
• Perform RCA and recommend preventive measures.
• Assist deployment and optimization of monitoring solutions.
