Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a technically strong NOC Engineer to join our team on a full-time onsite basis. Candidates should have hands-on NOC operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience, with a strong preference for Elastic Stack expertise and cloud/network monitoring skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum hands-on NOC operations, monitoring, troubleshooting in a mission-critical environment.
• Strong Elastic Stack experience is highly preferred.
• Solid networking fundamentals: SNMP, WAN monitoring, NetFlow; Windows/Linux server monitoring.

• 24×7 monitoring of infrastructure and network environments.
• Incident detection, classification, escalation, and resolution.
• Network, server, cloud, virtualization, and log monitoring.
• Troubleshooting and coordination during critical incidents.
• SLA monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
• Support deployment, configuration, and onboarding of systems/devices.
• Coordinate with client and remote technical teams.
