Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in enterprise NOC/monitoring environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor websites, applications, APIs, networks, Windows servers, and cloud services on a 24x7 basis.
• Validate alerts, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate as needed.
• Create and manage incidents in BMC ticketing systems with proper notes and timelines.
• Maintain shift reports, handovers, and documentation for service levels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to restore services.
