Night Manager

• Coordinates the emergency discharge of visitors in case of fire, bomb threats as well as other emergency situation scenarios.
• Makes certain criteria & residence policies are kept during shift in all locations
• Assists as needed in resort departments e.g. food & beverage, house cleaning, switchboard, G.S.A.
• Ensure showing up visitors obtain prompt cordial interest & personal acknowledgment.
• Fulfills & accompanies showing up VIP's, as well as CEM (Consumer Experience Administration) guests getting here.
• Keeps a logbook of all occurrences, complaints etc for the attention of executive committee & G.M.
• Assists visitors with guestroom troubles.
• Sustains various other departments when it come to emergency situation appropriations, problem fixing etc.
• Carries out tours of the hotel as called for.
• Screens lobby & guest passage activity, as well as cleanliness.
• Monitors & deals with employee issues/problems/illness etc. and also settles issues associated with these in absence of a department head.
• Carries out normal "clock" rounds through the hotel to ensure safety & high standard of cleanliness are preserved.
• Records problems to appropriate departments.
• Works with "overbooking" circumstances.
• Coordinates information and also changes for reception functions if needed.
• Coordinates any kind of "down time" treatments and manage electrical outlet systems problems.
• Carries out normal guestroom evaluations.
• In absence of design department initial line assistance for technical troubles.
• Keep duty managers information manual up to day.
• Collaborates an emergency alarm.
• If needed, ask for aid from divisions on all like safety and security, systems as well as engineering.

Job Type: Permanent.

Income: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 monthly.
