Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Telephone Operator for a five-star hotel in Sharjah.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide hotel information, and log wake-up calls and guest messages in accordance with hotel SOP.

Familiarity with Opera PMS, multi-department liaison, and emergency procedures is required, with a monthly salary between AED 1,500 and 1,850.

Qualifications

• Follows telephone SOP for inbound/outbound calls.
• Familiar with Opera telephone operator functions.
• Ability to handle guest queries and emergencies.
• Log calls and take messages accurately.
