Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education in Hotel Management is required.
• Minimum 2 years Guest Relations experience in a four- or five-star hotel is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Register and room all guest arrivals according to established procedures.
• Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures with accurate data entry.
• Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily cash reports and currency exchange.
• Attend to guest requests and inquiries; refer problems to supervisor if needed.
• Ensure guests depart with a positive impression of hotel service.
• Maintain knowledge of standard reservation procedures and OH&S policies.
