Job summary

Raffles The Palm Dubai invites you to join its world of luxury hospitality as a Front Office Agent. You will manage reception, check-ins/outs, cashiering, currency exchange, and guest inquiries, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

As the first and last point of contact, you will deliver personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and uphold the elegant standards that define the Raffles experience.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 years Guest Relations experience in a four or five star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Register and room all guest arrivals according to established procedures.
• Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and enter data into the hotel system.
• Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received.
• Cash hotel guests’ personal and travelers checks and assist with currency exchange.
• Attend to guests’ requests and resolve problems with supervisor if needed.
