ADNOC is seeking an experienced professional to plan, direct and supervise NGD network and CNG stations across Abu Dhabi Emirate and Sharjah. You will establish policies, manage procurement and supplier relationships, and lead health, safety and environment initiatives to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role requires 8-10 years in oil and gas with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory capacity, strong IT and leadership skills, and a working knowledge of English; Arabic is a plus and UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-10 years oil and gas operations experience with 5+ years in senior supervisory role.
• Strong IT skills, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of English; Arabic language is a plus; UAE driving license advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise NGD network and CNG stations operations.
• Develop and establish policies and procedures for NGD activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures at all times.
• Review projects to ensure planning, organization and supervision, ensuring facilities are safe and reliable.
• Coordinate with external gas suppliers and contractors; participate in project reviews (HAZOP, HSEIA).
• Mentor and develop UAE national staff; manage training and competency development.
