Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Operations Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise safe and efficient oil and gas production, processing, and export activities. You will oversee water injection, gas injection, gas lift, ESP wells, and CO2 injection, ensuring plant reliability and compliance with HSE standards.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 8 years in oil & gas, including 4+ years in operational settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Review operating data and plan production targets while monitoring plant performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for alarm management and field tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize operations.
• Ensure data accuracy in PIES related to production, injection and export data.
• Lead shutdown planning, resource management, and field maintenance activities to ensure safe operations.
• Support risk assessments and incident management with cross-functional teams to maintain process safety.
