Job summary

Star Services is seeking a Supervisor for LPG Operations at My Station in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising shift LPG activities to meet demand while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/BA in business, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills. Will collaborate across departments and participate in ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent is required.
• 5 years of relevant experience and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily LPG shift operations to meet demand.
• Allocate trucks and trailers and coordinate manpower and logistics.
• Ensure safety, permits, and compliance with HSE policies at all times.
• Coordinate maintenance and prevent outages by liaising with maintenance teams.
• Prepare workplans and daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Stay on call for emergencies and provide training to staff.
