Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Dubai seeks an experienced Security Solutions Specialist to manage day-to-day NAC, network security, firewall, routing and switching operations in a multi-vendor enterprise.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with FortiNAC, Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE and strong knowledge of Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Arista and HPE Aruba technologies. Remote work options may be available for this contract role.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, CS, Networking or related field.
• Hands-on experience with FortiNAC, Aruba ClearPass, or Cisco ISE.
• Strong experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Arista or HPE Aruba networking.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing/switching, BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, RADIUS, TACACS, and 802.1X.
• Experience with NGFW features: IPS, web filtering, application control, antivirus.

Responsibilities

• Operate NAC platforms including FortiNAC, Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE.
• Manage endpoint profiling, posture assessment, access policies, quarantine remediation and onboarding.
• Support wired/wireless BYOD OT IoT IP phones, cameras, and endpoint access controls.
• Configure and troubleshoot RADIUS, TACACS, 802.1X, EAP-TLS, AAA and identity-source integrations.
• Monitor routing, switching, VLANs, inter-VLAN routing and firewall environments.
• Operate Next-Generation Firewalls including IPS, web filtering, application control and NAC integration.
• Investigate network incidents, authentication failures, firewall alerts and performance issues.
• Support MPLS, BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, NAT, QoS, traffic capture analysis.
• Perform health checks, change implementation, testing and rollback planning.
• Maintain configuration records, runbooks, incident reports and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call or shift-based support as required.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Solutions Specialist to manage day-to-day Network Access Control network security firewall routing and switching operations in a multi-vendor enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with FortiNAC Aruba ClearPass Cisco ISE Fortinet Palo Alto Cisco Arista and HPE Aruba technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support NAC platforms including FortiNAC Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE.
  
• Manage endpoint profiling posture assessment access policies quarantine remediation and device onboarding/offboarding.
  
• Support wired wireless BYOD OT IoT IP phone camera and corporate endpoint access controls.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot RADIUS TACACS 802.1X EAP-TLS AAA and identity-source integrations.
  
• Monitor maintain and troubleshoot routing switching VLANs inter-VLAN routing and firewall environments.
  
• Operate Next-Generation Firewalls including IPS web filtering application control antivirus and access-control policies.
  
• Investigate network incidents authentication failures firewall alerts and performance issues.
  
• Support MPLS BGP EVPN-VXLAN NAT QoS traffic segmentation and packet-capture analysis.
  
• Perform health checks change implementation testing rollback planning and root-cause analysis.
  
• Maintain configuration records operational runbooks incident reports and SOPs.
  
• Participate in on-call or shift-based support as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Networking or a related field.
  
• Proven hands-on operational experience with FortiNAC Aruba ClearPass Cisco ISE or equivalent NAC platforms.
  
• Strong experience with Fortinet Palo Alto Cisco Arista and/or HPE Aruba networking and firewall technologies.
  
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP VLANs routing switching BGP MPLS EVPN-VXLAN RADIUS TACACS and 802.1X.
  
• Experience operating NGFW security features such as IPS web filtering application control antivirus and NAC integration.
  
• Ability to analyse logs alerts packet captures and authentication events in a live production environment.
  
• Strong troubleshooting incident response documentation and communication skills.
  

Preferred Certifications

• Fortinet NSE 4 NSE 5 or NSE 7.
  
• CCNA CCNP or equivalent Cisco certification.
  
• Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE certification.
  
• Exposure to ISO 27001 GDPR PCI-DSS SIEM IAM and automation/scripting.
