Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Network Optimisation and Schedules Integration Manager to lead Commercial Planning at the NCC, guiding schedule decisions and revenue-focused adjustments across the Emirates route network.

The role requires extensive experience in airline network planning, flight scheduling and stakeholder management, with a focus on rapid schedule recovery and optimal asset utilisation. Dubai-based position with extensive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• 8+ years in Commercial/Sales/Research/Analysis.
• Experience in Airline industry specifically in Network optimisation/flight scheduling.
• Knowledge of flight scheduling, passenger charter sales, aviation regulations.
• Strong IT systems literacy.
• IATA SSIM chapters 4-7 procedures.

Responsibilities

• Audit NO&CC performance and provide decisions on operational issues.
• Identify high/low demand flights and adjust capacity per route.
• Monitor underperforming flights and propose price changes or cancellations.
• Coordinate with authorities to obtain landing/slot permissions for extra flights.
• Lead charter flight projects from inception to operation.
• Coordinate with EGIT to ensure ENCOM and CSR functionality.
