Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Crew Scheduling Officer to support operations control by managing published flight and cabin crew rosters. Qualifications

• Have completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in flight operations rostering and scheduling.
• Relevant experience in airline operations.
• Proven track record in crew scheduling and planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the crew scheduling team to ensure crewing information supports operational decisions.
• Implement recovery solutions during disruptions and maintain crew communication with stakeholders.
• Manage roster amendments on the day of operation due to sickness or changes.
• Responsible for cabin crew complement and regulatory adherence; share reports with outstations before departure.
• Highlight operational abnormalities within the day of operation and ensure correct crew on impacted flights.
• Communicate operational changes of assigned duties to flight and cabin crew promptly.
• Assign crew from standby ensuring compliance with GCAA laws and company requirements.
• Responsible for flight crew training recovery outside office hours to minimize disruptions.
