Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Manager In-Flight Connectivity to shape and deliver the airline's connectivity strategy, ensuring seamless passenger experiences through advanced technology. You will lead connectivity programs, manage supplier relationships, and oversee customer-facing initiatives while aligning technical and commercial goals.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of connectivity ecosystems, and a track record in program delivery for large-scale airline projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in projects, including connectivity and technology management.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience in operations management for connectivity and/or digital platforms/software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Emirates connectivity product strategy, roadmap, and service offerings.
• Manage connectivity programs from contract signature through deployment and in-service execution.
• Oversee contracts, vendor negotiations, and cost optimisation with Procurement and Finance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service Delivery, and IT on installations, cybersecurity and UX enhancements.
• Provide mentorship, training and performance management to the team.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives in connectivity frameworks and governance.
