Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or CCNA.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a combined IT support and network administration role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network reliability, performance, and security across LAN/WAN, with documentation.
• Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for hardware, software, and end-user devices; manage account provisioning.
