Job summary

Rivoli Group is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to assist head office and retail users with hardware, software and IT peripherals. You will prepare POS hardware with complete software installations for store openings and create data diagrams for upcoming stores in collaboration with contractors.

You will liaise with internet service providers, troubleshoot network hardware across stores, configure firewalls and access points, and support store renovations, closures and biometric

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, IT security & infrastructure, data layout & planning.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts and UTM firewalls.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows PCs, printers/scanners and hardware technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to head office and retail users for all hardware, software, and other IT peripherals
• Preparing POS hardware with all software installations for retail stores, enabling smooth store openings
• Preparing data diagrams for upcoming stores as per standards and consulting the same with the contractor
• Liaising with ISP for internet connections and maintaining all relevant documentation
• Troubleshooting and maintaining network hardware at stores, including configuring firewalls and APs
• Handling store renovations and closures
• Supporting footfall and biometric hardware
• Planning procurement of hardware requirements for Retail Stores

PROFILE

• At least 3- 4 years of relevant work experience
• Sound working experience in Active Directory, IT Security & Infrastructure, Data Layout & Planning
• LAN & WAN concepts, UTM Firewalls.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows PC, Printers/Scanners & Hardware Technology
