STANTEC MIDDLE EAST LIMITED - DUBAI BRANCH in Dubai seeks an accomplished Resident Engineer to lead civil water infrastructure projects, irrigation networks, and micro-tunnelling initiatives. The role emphasizes on-site leadership and coordination with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Ideal candidate has 15–20 years of UAE experience, PMP certification, and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office; prior Nakheel project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience on Dubai Municipality water infrastructure projects, irrigation networks, drainage, water networks, and micro‑tunnelling projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Proficient in Primavera and Microsoft Office.
• Experience dealing with construction managers, CS site teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Preferred: experience on Nakheel infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress of construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain extensive on‑site presence and coordinate with construction managers, CS site teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the construction process.
