Job summary

CMA TERMINALS KHALIFA PORT is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to lead end-to-end AR processes, focusing on Navis N4 Billing and timely cash collection. You will ensure accurate invoicing, manage credit checks, and resolve outstanding payments while collaborating with Commercial, Operations and Finance teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in AR, proficiency in Navis N4 Billing, and advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data and provide actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience using Navis N4 Billing is mandatory; strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle including Navis N4 Billing, invoicing, credit checks, collections and resolution of outstanding payments.
• Ensure billing accuracy, timely invoicing and effective cash collection according to policies.
• Act as SME for Navis N4 Billing and support process improvement and troubleshooting.
