Job summary

CMA Terminals Khalifa Port is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to lead the end-to-end AR cycle, including Navis N4 Billing, invoicing, credit checks and collections. The role requires a bachelor degree in Accounts Receivable with 7+ years’ experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage a small team while ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounts receivable with 7+ years' experience.
• Experience using accounting software / TOS ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Experience managing a small team; UAE tax knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle including Navis N4 Billing.
• Ensure billing accuracy, timely invoicing and cash collection.
• Act as SME for Navis N4 Billing and optimize processes.
• Manage relationships with key customers and negotiate on payments.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance and GBS teams.
• Prepare AR performance reports, aging analysis and KPIs.
• Develop cash collection forecasts and assist month-end closing.
• Coach AR team and promote knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to automate AR and Navis N4 processes.
