Job summary

Quest Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a museum retail store in Abu Dhabi to lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding visitor experience. The role requires strong leadership and a service-oriented approach in a cultural setting.

You will manage a high-performing team, engage with VIP guests, and ensure brand-aligned visual merchandising and inventory control while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Background in retail, hospitality, visitor attractions, museums, galleries, luxury environments, or cultural institutions preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the museum store to ensure smooth running at all times.
• Deliver an exceptional visitor experience with the highest standards of service.
• Welcome and engage VIP guests and high-profile visitors professionally and confidently.
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team through coaching and performance management.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and visitor engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand expectations.
