Job summary

Museum Studio in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join our boutique team, blending customer service with insights into museum merchandise and exhibitions.

You will welcome visitors, advise on products, process payments with Lightspeed, and help maintain a well-presented shop floor while supporting events and promotions. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, tourism, or museums is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service mindset and enthusiasm for cultural destinations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome museum visitors and customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide information about merchandise and museum products.
• Recommend products based on customer preferences.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to boutique revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, returns, and complaints.
• Operate the Lightspeed POS system accurately and process transactions.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about exhibitions and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and events.
